First off, I am NOT for the faint of heart, I am for those who want to take the fastest, best and most likely path to becoming a top 5% income earner in their industry!

I am NOT asking, are you making a good living, I am asking, do you have an attitude, the right strategies and the ability to take the bold and uncomfortable actions that will make you a top five percent income earner so you create the life and lifestyle you truly want to live?

I created this page to have a candid one-on-one conversation with you to help you determine if I am the right fit to help you “Get Better” so your performance and results “Get Better.”

I have dedicated the last 32 years of my life studying the top 5% of income earners, wealth creators, business owners and marketers as well as the top 1% of award winning entertainers and world champion athletes to understand what truly separates the best in the world from the rest of the population.

The three biggest differences between the two groups are:

Attitude-  The attitudes of top income earners create fuel that compels them to make bold choices, make the bold statements, ask uncomfortable questions and take consistent action;
while the attitudes of the rest create excuses and logical reasons for weak choices, massive inaction and failure to say what needs to be said

Strategy- The top income earners implement strategies that get results today;
while the rest have or seek strategies they enjoy and are comfortable performing.

Action- The top 5% consistently make the tough choices, ask for exactly what they want, boldly perform the difficult actions and make the uncomfortable statements;
while the rest do and say just enough to say they did something

As you decide whether I am for you, consider three facts:

1-  If you sell and market to generate income, you have the opportunity to make millions, unless your attitude, outdated strategies and weak actions or inaction gives it all away!

2-  Nothing will get better for you until YOU "Get Better"

3-  Nothing good will happens until you sell something

By now, you know what I do and if you are still here, you must have an interest or are curious about the concept of “Getting Better.”

I need you to understand that I am not for everyone because quite frankly, I am a real pain in the ass.  Sorry for that word, but it best describes me.  I am a pain in the ass because I have the natural gifts or curses of:

  • The ability to see what is wrong with what someone is doing or plans to do
  • Remembering what someone said they would do and when they would do it
  • I am always candid and honest, so I say what you need to hear and not what you want to hear
  • I care much more about helping you “Get Better” than I do about how you feel or what you think about me

These natural abilities are a curse that make me extremely unpopular with my family at Thanksgiving dinner.  But these same natural abilities become gifts that give me a unique ability to help those who want to “Get Better” to “Get Better!”

The bottom line is, if I just walked up to you and started telling you things you could do better, I am a pain in the ass!  But if you hire me and I save you hours of work, thousands of dollars, and shave months off the time it takes to grow your business, then I become a valued member of your team.

I am a One-IN-A-Million at what I do!

I didn’t wake up one day and print the business card I gave you.  My journey actually began in 1985 when I wanted to make more money and no one I knew could tell me how.  So I decided to study the top 5% of income earners, wealth creators, marketers, managers, and those who have created healthy, fit, & attractive bodies as well as the top 1% of world champion athletes and award winning entertainers.

I studied the vocabularies, thoughts, choices, and actions of the people you would consider to be “GREAT” to see what actually makes them GREAT!

Based on all I learned over 20 years of study, in 2005, I wrote the first of five books.

Wealthodology- The Science of Financial Success chronicles the vocabulary, thoughts, choices, and actions of the top five percent of income earners, wealth creators, business owners, marketers as well as the top one percent of world championship athletes and award winning entertainers.

For the last 10 years I studied those who struggle and those who create mediocre results in their career, with their finances, with their health and fitness, in relationships, and in life in general.  The result is a true understanding of the REAL difference between those who become “Great” and the rest of the population.

The real difference is that those who become “Great” work to “Get Better” by closing the gap between what they are supposed to do and what they actually do while the rest of the population focuses on making themselves “Feel” better about what they did or didn’t do!

That is why everything I do and say serves one purpose; to help the people I work with to “Get Better” so their performance “Gets Better” so their results “Get Better” so their life “Gets Better!”

I call it “The Getting Better Strategy” and while every strategy works for some people some of the time, “The Getting Better Strategy” is the only strategy guaranteed to work for everyone every time!
